At Her Football Talent, we are dedicated to scouting and nurturing female football talents across Birmingham. Our unique approach focuses on identifying and developing skills in female players, empowering them to achieve their dreams in football.

 

Hi! I’m Simon O’Neill. I set up Her Football Talent in September 2024 with the aim of offering a personalised scouting and career advice service to girls and women who are looking to improve their career in the world of football. During the last 30 years I have worked across the UK, and Europe as a Talent ID scout in the men’s game and worked with clubs from the amateur game to the Professional level. Amongst the players I have scouted are several who have gone onto represent their nation at international level. Having watched players across all levels in the Women’s game and liaised with managers and coaches to understand what their requirements are I took the decision to set up ‘Her Football Talent’ to support females of all ages improve their football talent.
